This legislative session, OR Medford is working to help pass new state laws that will grant cities and towns the option to create local PiLoT ordinances and collect Payments in Lieu of Taxes from non-profits that have untaxed property valued at more than $15 million.

The OR PiLoT working group has joined with other PiLoT groups and unions around the state to support this legislation and to get state legislators to sign on to these bills.
