It’s time to vote in our municipal elections! Tuesday, September 17 Medford has a preliminary election for City Council. If you know your precinct, see your polling location and sample ballot here. If you don’t know your precinct, find out your polling location here.
We’re thankful that a multitude of volunteer community organizations have shared information about candidates via questionnaires and endorsements! We published a platform that a slate of candidates have agreed to work toward. Medford Votes published a questionnaire on candidates’ views on a broad range of topics. Housing Medford published a questionnaire on housing policy, and Safe Medford on immigration, inclusion, and diversity. Walk Medford published a questionnaire on walking and bicycle safety.
After the preliminary election, you can learn more about the candidates at upcoming debates. The Medford Democratic City Committee and Medford Ward-6 will sponsor three Candidate Forum events on two different dates, both held at the Howard Alden Memorial Chambers, 2nd Floor, Medford City Hall. They will also be televised on public access TV.
